DESCRIPTION:15-Days Course:\nThis qualification programme is for candidates who are looking to develop their career as a trainer for delivering SIA licence linked qualifications including: Security Guarding, Door Supervisor, CCTV, and Close Protection based on participants sector competency.\nThe awarding body for this qualification is Highfield.\nCOURSE OVERVIEW\nCandidates need to complete following qualifications as part of Train the Trainer programme:\n\nLevel 3 – Award in Education and Training\n\nThis qualification is designed to provide an introduction to teaching for individuals who would like to work as a trainer.\n\nLevel 3 Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training \n\nThis qualification is developed to meet the requirements of trainers who wish to deliver scenario-based conflict management training. The qualification is suitable for delivery across a wide range of sectors and is of particular benefit to those delivering training in a customer-facing role.\n\nLevel 3 Award for Physical Intervention Trainers in the Private Security Industry\n\nThis qualification is required by law for an individual to deliver training in physical intervention skills.\n\nLevel 3 Award in First Aid at Work\n\nThe objective of this qualification is to support those individuals needing to become a first-aider in the workplace.\n\nLevel 3 Award for Deliverers of Physical Intervention Training for Close Protection Operatives (Optional award at an additional charge of £300)\n\nThis qualification is required by an individual wishing to deliver training in physical intervention skills for close protection operatives.\nyou will also be required to undertake NACTSO’s ACT Awareness and ACT Security online modules\nADDITIONAL SUPPORT & ANNUAL PHYSICAL INTERVENTION TRAINING LICENCE \nFirst year’s licence for delivering Physical Intervention training is included in the cost of this training programme.
