Level 3 Train the Trainer Programme

15-Days Course:

This qualification programme is for candidates who are looking to develop their career as a trainer for delivering SIA licence linked qualifications including: Security Guarding, Door Supervisor, CCTV, and Close Protection based on participants sector competency.

The awarding body for this qualification is Highfield.

COURSE OVERVIEW

Candidates need to complete following qualifications as part of Train the Trainer programme:

• Level 3 – Award in Education and Training

This qualification is designed to provide an introduction to teaching for individuals who would like to work as a trainer.

• Level 3 Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training

This qualification is developed to meet the requirements of trainers who wish to deliver scenario-based conflict management training. The qualification is suitable for delivery across a wide range of sectors and is of particular benefit to those delivering training in a customer-facing role.

• Level 3 Award for Physical Intervention Trainers in the Private Security Industry

This qualification is required by law for an individual to deliver training in physical intervention skills.

• Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work

The objective of this qualification is to support those individuals needing to become a first-aider in the workplace.

• Level 3 Award for Deliverers of Physical Intervention Training for Close Protection Operatives (Optional award at an additional charge of £300)

This qualification is required by an individual wishing to deliver training in physical intervention skills for close protection operatives.

you will also be required to undertake NACTSO’s ACT Awareness and ACT Security online modules

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT & ANNUAL PHYSICAL INTERVENTION TRAINING LICENCE

First year’s licence for delivering Physical Intervention training is included in the cost of this training programme. Additional support will be provided to the candidates for getting them registered with Highfield as a new tutor.
